E-commerce. Marketing. AI.

I'm Patricia, an entrepreneur and consultant with over a decade of experience in e-commerce. I've been selling on Amazon since 2014, and I work with businesses on growth strategy, marketing, operations and the practical use of AI.

Right now

  • Developing Helm with Greg, inside our own businesses: a seller-intelligence tool he built. My question is always whether it helps an owner decide.
  • Next meetup: AI for Business, Hamilton, Tue, Oct 20. Details and registration.
  • Planning the 2027 Mercedes-Benz Oakville Bronte Harbour Classic with the race team: partners, promotion and the story that gets people to the start line.
  • At the wheel most weeks. The vase on the About page is mine.

Product businesses. Service businesses. Both.

The details are different, but the starting point is similar: understand the business, look at the current setup and decide what deserves attention.

I work with B2C and B2B businesses, including businesses selling through Amazon, Shopify, wholesale and other channels.

A product brand may need

  • Help with Amazon listings
  • Shopify that converts better
  • Customer acquisition that fits the margin
  • A plan for a new launch

I've operated brands myself, so I understand the decisions that sit behind the numbers.

A service business may need

  • Clearer website content
  • Useful blog articles people search for
  • More inquiries, handled well
  • A better marketing process

I can help a service business with marketing strategy even when it doesn't sell anything online.

Approach

How I work

I like to understand the details before recommending a solution. What is the business trying to do? What's already in place? What's working? And which changes would actually make a difference?

The work might be one focused review, a plan for a particular project, or a period of working alongside your team. If technical development is needed, I can help define the requirements and work with the right specialist.

  1. Learn what is happening now

The business, the offer, customers, existing channels, team, goals, time and budget.

  2. Review and prioritize

Decide what actually warrants attention: listings, website content, campaign structure, lead handling, a team process or an AI use case.

  3. Plan and guide the work

Recommend changes in a practical order, explain trade-offs, work alongside staff or collaborators, review execution and adjust.

  4. Make it maintainable

Clarify ownership, document what's useful and help people continue with the work. The engagement ends or evolves with the agreed scope.

About

A little about me

I enjoy both the creative side of marketing and the details that make it function.

I'm interested in how businesses work, why some things perform and others don't, and how to make good ideas more practical.

Outside of work, I knit and make pottery. That interest in making things also shapes the kind of design I'm drawn to: simple materials, considered details and a little personality.

More questions

Do you only work with Amazon and Shopify businesses?

No. I work with product businesses and service businesses, B2C and B2B. Amazon and Shopify are my main e-commerce specialties, but a service business may need clearer website content, a content plan, more inquiries or a better marketing process without selling anything online.

Do you manage Amazon PPC campaigns day to day?

I can review advertising performance and recommend priorities, but I'm not offering daily PPC account management as a standalone service.

Do you build websites or AI tools yourself?

I don't need to personally code a website to advise on what it should communicate and how it should work for customers. If a project needs custom automations, an AI agent or software development, I help work out what is needed and collaborate with a technical specialist.

Have something you'd like to discuss?

Tell me a little about your business, what you're working on and where you think you could use some help. We can have a conversation and see if it's a good fit.

The first conversation is simple: what your business does, what you've tried, and whether I'm the right person to help. No pitch deck.
